Based in Leeds, UFCA are a rapidly-growing football academy with an outstanding reputation for youth development.
We have a wide number of positions available that are suited to individuals at different stages of their career - as we continue to grow, improve and expand.
Full-Time Head Coach & Co-Ordinator
Salaried Position.
Level 2 (minimum).
Admin and Media proficient.
High level organisational skills.
Able to manage and inspire a team of coaches.
Passionate and Driven to succeed.
Part-Time Head Coach/Manager (Ages 7-11)
Paid Position.
Level 2 (minimum).
Able to deliver age specific individual and team based sessions.
Able to work under our UFCA philosophy.
Available on Tuesday & Friday evenings for sessions.
Available on Saturday mornings for matches.
Part-Time Head Coach/Manager (Ages 12-16)
Paid Position.
Level 2 (minimum).
Able to deliver age specific individual and team based sessions.
Experience of working in the 9v9 & 11v11 formats.
Able to work under our UFCA philosophy.
Available on Tuesday & Friday evenings for sessions.
Available on Saturday mornings for matches.
Volunteer Age Group Assistant
Unpaid Position.
Level 1 or looking to start your Level 1.
Able to work under a head coach.
Passionate and Punctual.
Apprentice Coach
Paid Position
Aged between 18 & 23
Cannot be on an education course as of September 2021.
Passionate about progressing into a long term career in coaching.
Strength and Conditioning Interns
Unpaid position
Great opportunity for university students to work with elite level coaches in a professional setting.
Access to Sports Science teams at professional clubs.
Access to GPS data and sports science equipment on a daily basis.
Guidance from our head of S&C.
