Completed Your A-Levels or BTECs? Here's Why You Should Choose UFCA

The UFCA Scholarship Programme offers full-time football and education to talented third-year students, with a number of vocational courses and traineeships available.

1. Work With Elite Coaches

The UFCA Scholarship Programme enables talented student-athletes to train, play and study in a full-time professional environment.

As a UFCA player, you will work closely with elite level UEFA A & B Licensed professional coaches on a daily basis.

Our coaches have years of experience in the professional game in both a coaching and playing capacity.

You will work to a coaching syllabus which covers the key aspects of football and will enhance your development.

We also have full-time analysts and strength and conditioning coaches.

2. Showcase Fixtures

We regularly compete against professional and semi-pro clubs.

Showcase fixtures provide a fantastic opportunity to show off your talents to coaches and scouts.

We use our strong links and reputation to recommend players to professional and semi-pro clubs.

Our 2022/23 pre-season schedule already includes fixtures against:

• Barnsley FC

• Lincoln City

• Bradford City

• Sunderland AFC

• Liverpool FC

• Grimsby Town

3. Based at Leeds' Leading Private Sports Facility

4. Sports Technology

We use our numerous Veo cameras to record and analyse all fixtures. Our analysts use this footage to develop progression plans for individuals and as a team.

We use Catapult GPS technology to track physical data from all matches and training sessions. Our strength and conditioning coaches use this to ensure players are reaching peak physical levels.

5. Choose From Numerous Courses

We offer a number of vocational courses and traineeship options.

Vocational courses include Level 3 Personal Training, Level 3 Coaching & Performance, and Level 4 Massage Therapy.

We also offer a coaching traineeship - where you will gain coaching experience, have your own coaching mentor, attend online workshops and study for your FA Level 1 badge.
