Lincoln City First Team Coach Richard O'Donnell praised Ultimate Football Coaching Academy - and the role it has in player's development.
O'Donnell, who joined Lincoln City as First Team Coach in January 2020 - following a lengthy spell with Hull City, is a UEFA A licensed coach.
Richard praised the philosophy of UFCA Director Steve Hart, and spoke of the impact that UFCA has on player development.
"I have known Steve Hart for a lot of years," he said.
"I am a big fan of his beliefs in football and the way he goes about things - and the academy he has built at UFCA.
"A lot of his players have gone on to gain contracts and scholarships at professional clubs. "It is a testament to the philosophy they have and how they want their kids to develop and learn the game of football.
"Not only is it football, they are developers as individuals and as children.
"They are a great academy, and one that has close links to professional football clubs.
"If you want to take your child to an environment where they are going to learn football, enjoy themselves and have a lot of fun - then UFCA is the academy to go to."
