Manchester United Scout Steve O'Donnell praised Ultimate Football Coaching Academy - after being in attendance at our Elite Training Day.
The current Manchester United Scout and former Hull City Scout has held a long-standing relationship with UFCA - and has scouted a number of our players for his respective clubs.
Steve was in attendance for our Elite Training at Sports Park Weetwood, a full-day event held exclusively for UFCA players from Under 9s to Under 16s.
Steve was very heavily involved in the event, keeping a close eye on our fixtures in the afternoon - as well as delivering lots of insight and advice to our players both in a large group and individually.
Steve commented: "It's been a fantastic day, great for me - but even better for the kids.
"They have obviously all enjoyed it, they have all taken full part it in and they have been encouraged along the way and have learned lessons.
"I've known about UFCA for a long time and have got to know Steve Hart vert well.
"I love his methods of coaching and how he and the other coaches deal with the kids, who are clearly progressing - which is the whole aim of the academy.
"They start off as young players and you can see them learning all the time and growing into competent footballers - some are verging on excellent.
"I would have no problem recommending to someone around the area who wanted additional coaching or wanted specific coaching to come along - it's clearly a fantastic environment for them to grow."
