"There has been a lot of tough and competitive games, and that's exactly what you want - we want to test the boys as much as we can and we want to see how they deal with them kinds of challenges.

"We're absolutely delighted for the lads and we're really looking forward to the champions of champions tournament next Tuesday."

Andy Emmett, Coach, commented: "The team has played extremely well today, we were drawn in a good competitive group but they performed really well.

"We grew into the games that we played and the boys have learned a lot throughout the tournament.

"It was a particularly great effort in the final - after going 2-0 up, the other team were awarded a penalty and got back into the game but the reaction from the boys was fantastic."

"We got better and better as the day went on. Everybody in the group has contributed, it's been a great day for them and they've thoroughly deserved to win.
