Ultimate Football Coaching Academy, based in Leeds, are delighted to offer a number of internship opportunities available for enthusiastic individuals with an interest in pursuing a career in sport.
UFCA is an elite level football academy based at SportsPark Weetwood, Leeds, with teams ranging from U5s to U19s age groups.
With links to clubs across the country, we're proud to provide a professional style academy structure and coaching methods for talented football players across Yorkshire.
Training Sessions take place on Tuesday and Friday evenings for our junior academy teams (U5s to U16s), whilst our scholarship programme players train daily through the day.
These roles are on an internship basis, and whilst unpaid, a number of benefits will be provided including travel expenses and access to state-of-the-art technology and software.
Media Assistant 🖥
We're looking for a media assistant and content creator to join our ever growing media team. In this role, you'd be responsible for managing our social media channels and helping to create powerful and engaging content with our in-house media team.
Performance Analysis 📊
As we strive to find the winning margins on the pitch, we're searching for a performance analyst to work alongside our UEFA Licensed Coaches. In this role, you'd be responsible for analysing matches in both a statistical and tactical viewpoint - regularly presenting to our players to provide feedback. UFCA are proud to use the state-of-the-art VEO automated sports camera.
Strength & Conditioning Coach 🏃♂️
We're searching for a highly enthusiastic strength and conditioning coach to work with our players on both an individual and team basis to ensure maximum performance on the pitch. We use PlayerTek GPS Player Tracking units to monitor our player's physical performance outputs. As well as working alongside our experienced coaches, you will be responsible for providing fitness plans for our players to complete throughout the week.
